Tuljai Bahuuddheshiya Samajik Sanstha (TBSS) is a non-profit, grassroots-level organization devoted to creating meaningful social change across Maharashtra. Founded with a deep sense of social responsibility, TBSS strives to uplift the lives of marginalized, rural, and underserved populations through education, skill development, digital empowerment, women and child welfare, and environmental sustainability.
We believe that transformation begins at the local level—with every child educated, every woman empowered, every skill taught, and every family supported. Our team of passionate volunteers, educators, trainers, and social workers work hand-in-hand with communities to address their most pressing needs and build lasting solutions that ensure dignity, self-reliance, and opportunity.
TBSS operates on the principles of inclusivity, transparency, and grassroots participation. Our programs are designed to be holistic, community-led, and impact-driven. From setting up digital literacy centers in remote villages to supporting women-led businesses through self-help groups, we are committed to sustainable development that empowers people to become agents of their own change.
Over the years, our efforts have reached thousands of beneficiaries across rural belts, tribal areas, and semi-urban pockets of Maharashtra. We continue to expand our reach, collaborate with like-minded institutions, and create platforms for collective growth, justice, and empowerment.
